Tokens are for the machines. Use them to play claw games. The number of tokens required is shown on each machine.
Trade-in credits are for the prize counter. Trade eligible wins toward bigger prizes, or choose trade-in credits to take home and save toward a bigger prize on a future visit. Credits are separate from tokens and are used at the prize counter, not for machine play. Plush must be exchanged the same day they’re won; saved credits are subject to our chip-design phase-out policy. See the full trade-in rules.
Your bundle gives you a head start. The $50 bundle includes 1 bonus trade-in credit; the $100 bundle includes 2. Use the credits toward a prize now, or take them home and keep saving for something bigger. BEFORE YOU TRADE
TRADE-IN RULES
- Same-day plush trade-ins only. Eligible plush must be exchanged on the same day they’re won.
- Check the machine sign. Participating machines display the trade-in credit value of eligible plush.
- Claw Studio wins only. Only plush won at Claw Studio Arcade qualify.
- Original condition required. Plush must retain their tags and be in original condition.
- Credits do not expire. Chip designs may be phased out. We will post notifications in store for 30 days before a chip design is phased out. Check posted notices for details.
- No cash value. Trade-in credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Prizes depend on availability. Premium prizes are subject to availability.
- Keep your credits safe. Lost credits cannot be replaced.
